Don’t bother coming here if your actually sick NOT WITH COVID. They won’t even let you in the building they just assume you have COVID. Why bother even being open. 🙄
I made an appointment for my son’s sports physical at 1:30 today. We arrived at 1:20 to fill out all of the paperwork. At 2:10, I asked if they knew what time my son would be seen (he had another appt at a different location at 3pm). The nice receptionist said she would find out and came back 10 minutes later stating it would be another 45 minutes because they take walk-ins as well. What’s the point of an appointment if you get pushed aside by the walk-ins? Needless to say, we cancelled our appointment.

RecommendedI had a very positive experience with Lilia Popadiuk, PA-C and Sarah, MA.
Went in for a broken foot/toe. The two girls at the counter had very poor complacent attitudes and without even checking with the on duty professional they began to tell me "the thing is we are about to close..." at 345 in the afternoon. Very unprofessional.
RecommendedThe staff was very helpful and friendly. The nurse and doctors were very caring and compassionate. The doctor even called me personally the following day to check up on me. Not to mention the consideration they took since I did not have insurance. The on-site pharmacy was convenient and cheaper than any pharmacy I have used in the past. I will definitely use this urgent care again.
