Don’t bother if it’s an actual medical concern. They are only concerned with Covid testing. If you have a medical concern you will be left waiting for 3+hrs in the lobby.DON’T BOTHER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Amarillo HIPPY(Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) is now looking for parents who have a child that is 3 (as of Sept.1) or already 4 to join our home based program! Worst experience of my life!!! Imagine showing up to an ER in the worst pain you have ever felt, begging for help and them getting upset with you!! I couldn't walk or talk with the amount of pain I was in. I asked for a wheelchair to get to the ER room and they refused!!! I had to kick my purse into the room taking 1/2 step at a time because I couldn't carry it and walk and they wouldn't even grab my purse for me. I was moaning and desperate for help and they told me to be quiet!!! That I wasn't the only person in the hospit... read more

Showed up to the clinic for a COVID19 test at 9am this morning. They took my information and told me to wait in my vehicle until they called me. I called at 10:40am to ask where I was on the list. They told me 6th. Waited another 45 min when I went in the building and was told I as next to wait in my car for the text. Waited another 25 min before knocking on the side door where I was told by an employee on a smoke break to go inside. When inside I was asked to go back outside since I didn't receive a text. Just got turned away getting a rapid test because I was not symptomatic. I was told this was the decision of the manger at the Royal Ln. location. I was sent there by the head office. I needed the test after I was exposed to someone that tested positive. I have a dental app tomorrow morning that I'll now have to cancel because this PrimaCare denied me access to taking the test for being proactive and taking preventative measures. NextCare Urgent Care who claims to provide sports physicals discriminated against my son needing a medical form signed. When asked if they would complete a medical waiver for my son for special Olympics. I was told they don’t offer “that kind”. I was then denied access to the supervisor. Horrible service and discrimination at its finest today!

I was mislead while making my appointment over the phone. I told them what we were coming for flu shots. I gave them my insurance info and was told they bill the insurance provider , but when I arrived with my three children to get their shots...I was told they don’t bill the provider and I had to pay $75 for flu shots! They refused to bill my carrier and made me pay. At that point it was too late to reschedule or go elsewhere since I already had three scared children needing shots.
