Depending on the staff and shift they can be very slow! I’ve came to the same location twice to get the RAPID covid-19 test. The first time we were there about an hour and a half and the ladies were great with positive attitudes. This second time around had less people in the parking lot, I sat on hold for 37mins, hour and half to go back and test and another hour and some more for results! I will never come back here again. I am sitting here with my 76 year old uncle and we have been sitting outside in the car for an hour. He's feeling weak and can not stand on his own. The VA sent us here.
RecommendedWent there for EKG and Covid test today. Treated like a valued outpatient with consideration and professionalism.
They do not take anyone that comes through this door seriously. We are pawns in their circus. They leave us in hours sick and in pain. Then we they know what the problem is, your left in a ED until they decide to let you have the procedure. At least properly medicate and we may find sone comfort in knowing we won’t die

Terrible experience: I needed a COVID test and the website says there's rapid, drive-through testing available. There's not. You need to call from the parking lot and get a walk-in appointment. I sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to talk to anyone about what I needed, then waiting another hour just to get in to do the test. The nurse was extremely rude on the phone, getting frustrated at me when I asked some questions.
