I would highly recommend Michigan Urgent Care. I have had to take my kids there during the weekdays and have had great experience with Dr. D’Angelo. He is very kind and very patient and has very good bedside manner’s. This time I had to take my kids there on a Sunday. Their experience there was just as good or if not better. The young lady at the front desk, Tinae was very kind and very sweet. She was very easy to talk to and she was sympathetic. Had another cyst lanced and had to pack it. The V A has been ignoring it for 10 years but kept coming back. Sure making me question why I use the V A any more

My husband came to your clinic on Monday for a COVID test and we have called the past 3 days for the results (it is Saturday) and we have only been told that someone will call us with the results and we've still never received a phone call. I cannot go back to work until I know his results. My husband cannot go back to work until he gets his results. have you not called us back because you lost his results?

They will try to get you to sign up for their Discount plan and tell you it's easy to cancel but it's ALL lies! I have yet to receive a response to my emails, the form I submitted on their website, and a voicemail to the supposed patient liaison in order to cancel my membership. I am left with no other options but contacting a lawyer and the BBB.

You have staff there "the Jenny" in particular, who is willing to cause a patron to lose their livelihood , their way to support their family especially during these times, simply because of a mask. I was wearing a mask bit had not realized that it was on my face. She lied to my employer. This person should not be allowed to work with the public. Looks like she is on a power trip and a mission. it is my opinion that if you do not agree with her beliefs she will end your career and your ability to provide for your family.

Took my 2 year old son in for ear pain unfortunately his pediatrician was closed. The PA barely checked his ears and diagnosed him with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. I called after 4 days and told them he wasn’t getting better and they said to keep waiting. I took him to his dr and found out he actually had an object in his ear! Not sure how the PA missed that other than just not doing his job.

My father fell off a ladder and hurt his ankle. It was badly swollen and possibly broken. He called this place and asked them if they do X-rays, they told him they do and it would be a 45 minute wait. He was about 30 minutes away and asked if he could check in over the phone, but they said no. He drives the thirty minutes and when he arrives they tell him it will now be a two hour wait.
