I've always gone to this location for my family when we can't get into the Dr. Last week my husband took our daughter in for chest pain. They found an abnormality and sent her to the children's hospital. They have called 4 times to check on her since and said they will call again next week. The compassion they show is amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for making this momma feel supported thru such a scary time.
I've been coming for care at this location for close to a decade, and even though the facility has changed hands recently, the care has improved! Great experience.

I have been to the Utica Avenue Access Urgent twice. Both "visits" were minor. Each time I have entered this facility I was greeted by polite and caring staff. My treatment both times were minor. I would return to this location for treatment should I "need" another. Cordiality, professional, and kindness. This is what I experienced. both "visits".
