The worst customer service! Rude, people who work here need to have patience and be understanding. I was on the phone explaining to the agent about me submitting my application 2 weeks ago and he kept telling me it was denied in December. Mind you I got a email stating I submitted my application on 2-15-2021 and he kept telling me no. Then he said he would get a supervisor and then just left me on hold for 3 hours.
