Have anyone ever been on hold for 7 hour I'll take an hour any day. When they do answer their telling me the same thing every time. I just need someone to press a key and release my back payment
Gave one star because I couldn’t go any lower. Have been waiting for over 2 hours and 46 minutes and can’t get a hold of no one.
This company is terrible I give them a -0. I’ve apply from Nov 2022 for Medicaid and we are now 2023 and still they are giving me the runaround. They ask for documents, I fax them three time and yet claiming they still need the same documents. Been calling all week and yet no response. Been on hold over 3 hours and then call end on its own. And that is for every time I call.

this place is a joke. I recently moved from Maryland to Florida. I had full benefits in Maryland. I have been trying to apply for benefits for a month. NO ONE returns your calls and NO ONE the answers the phone. They request information from you and when provided they continue to ask for the same information. I am now without food to feed my family the medications I need to survive. It is truly sad.
I started calling at 8am and was placed on call back service. waited 2 hours to be called back, and then another hour for someone to say "Hello my name is Rose what is your social". I did not get a chance to answer because "Rose " hung up the phone. I manage to call back and again was place on call back service waited another 2 hours and then another 35 minutes for Rose to answer my call and Hang up on me again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yall are trash. No help whatsoever. 3 hours hold on the phone to tell my my account is deactivated. Rude mother fuckers, horrible service. You should be ashamed, suppose to help people but in turn you shit on us.
The worst service ever. I guess because their number has changed you know have to sit on hold for 2 hours or more its now 11:50am i been on the phone with them since 8am one rep transfered me and still no one's came to the phone what a waist of my time. The worker Tanisha doesn't return calls.
