They don't want to help people when they KNOW YOU ARE SICK. THAT'S JOPLIN! I WENT IN AND HAD MANY THINGS GOING ON AT THE MOMENT. I GOT "FIRED"" AS THEY PUT IT. I ENDED UP HAVING EMERGENCY SURGERY DUE TO THE STUPID QUACK NOT LISTENING TO ME. I TRIED TO TELL THE JERK I WAS REALLY SICK AND THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TIME THAT WAS SCHEDULED. I HAVE A REAL DR. NOW. I HOPE HE GETS SICK LIKE I WAS AND HE GETS FIRED FOR NOT SHOWING UP. !!!!!!
The Dental part does not except medicare or medicaid that is false advertisment.
Went to the one in Mt Vernon and its a joke u tell them about your problems and they refuse to help u and act like everyone of there patients are only there for pain medications when in reality that's not it and they put u on medications that don't work and when u tell them they basically b**ch you out because your supposedly not taking them like u should be and then you go in because u were at the Er and almost die of fast heart rate and they look at you all stupid like u shouldn't of went to the Er u should of just died it... read more
I go to one in Joplin and very satisfied. My doctor and the nurses are wonderful

I have met many of the staff and they have all been caring and well trained in their respectve fields. I highly recommend Access Care! In addition to the medical staff, the counselors are personable and compassionate. Tuesdays at 4:00-5:00 pm, the HOPE AND WELLNESS GROUP meets. This is a group of people pursuing a healthier lifestyle in many areas of their personal lives. It is free to the public at this time and is very informative and supportive.
