Before today 9/3/17, i would have recommended everyone but now i don't suggest anyone take so much as a rodent to this place. So unfriendly now. Had excellent lab numbers an a1c's was told nothing was good enough every number was told was with norms but could be much much better. Bedside manners were non existent. I was completely disrespected in ever way possible. I walked in with a smile, walked out wanting to end it all. Seriously, but sat in my car bawling for an hour instead.
So thankful the slipped me in as we are vacation from Arizona. Stomach bugs are the worst! Specially when traveling. Thank you Joe �
My oldest son goes to the Aurora clinic. Yesterday was my first time taking him myself. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I also appreciated the concern & care he received when there for an ER follow up due to an atv accident. Thank you for caring & taking care of my son. I know, feel & trust that he is in good hands. I rarely complain about medical services, but I am not happy with Access Family Care in Joplin. On 10/28/2016 they charged my insurance $242.00 for Patient Comprehensive. On my next appt. on 02/15/2017 they charged my insurance $242.00 again for Patient Comprehensive. It doesn't make sense to me to charge me that service 3 months later when I complete their check-in form that asks multiple questions about any changes, other medical service, doctor or hospital visits and so forth. Wouldn't allow an appointment and told me that I would have to take off work to be there at 7:30 and I might not get in cause they only take the first three. Worst way to do business. Making people feel like they are only a dollar sign
