They are the best . Everyone is so caring and professional.
They almost killed me I'm a type 2 diabetic they tried telling me I was not a 4 day stay at the hospital with a 804 blood sugar then had a new Dr that took over for Dr younger who put my legs up past were they can go I've got a bad right hip and D.D.D .they cut me off all my meds and told me to find a new Dr had been on pain meds for 3 years i went threw with draws Dt's and and had bad experiences with my blood pressure now I have a Dr who does there job and I'm back on top of my health
This is the absolute worst dental experience ever. I give a three star only as they have a wonderful medical staff on the other side for health care that deserves five stars. Back to dental. I say this coming through a lot of dental experience also having had braces as well when I was younger. Not only did I and the dentist. My problem isn't with the dentist I saw but with Access Care itself. I've been waiting for FIVE MONTHS to get my crown finished and Access Care has pushed my appointments back whole months, lied about calling me, and lied about when my appointments were. This place is a mess.
I have been trying to get my 3 girls in to see a dentist for 2-3 years at Access Dental in Anderson. The first time they overbooked for the time i set up...and every other time i have called they send me to the dentist reception number and i get a voicemail. I called again today 2xs...again sent to voicemail left another message and the second time the voicemail was full.
