Waiting 2 hours for a previously scheduled appointment is absolutely ridiculous. This place doesn't value or respect their patients. They do however have plenty of time to laugh and cut up and play on their phones.
The Lamar clinic - they never called in my husband’s prescription that he really needed. It appeared with the weekend & bad weather he would just have to suffer with the pain all weekend. Needless to say we were not happy with them at all! And didn’t help matters when a lady in the Walmart parking lot slung Open her door into ours not once but twice. Most inefficient and lack of communication and laziness to chart correctly in patients charts
Debbie Smith is just awesome! They can usually work my kids in on the same day.
there are deaf people that lives in Joplin, I just moved back to Joplin, I'm greatly disappointed that they didn't get an ASL interpreters for the deaf when they showed up for the appointments. They need to be aware of the ADA laws, if they didn't follow the laws, need to be ready for a lawsuit
