I have been trying for DAYS to get through to confirm my appointment tomorrow...they dont answer the phone and the voicemail they admit doesnt work most of the time. the dentists are great, its desk staff that sucks!
RecommendedI am terrified to go to the dentist. It is one of my worst fears. Most dentists have always been very rough with me and hurt me while doing work on my teeth. RecommendedI use Joseph Lutes III as my family practitioner. I have got to say that he is a great health care provider. So easy to talk to no matter the issue you’re having. So compassionate and knowledgeable. He truly is someone that is making a positive impact on my life. Thank you Joe. By the way he’s in the neosho office.
RecommendedI am so glad we chose to switch our kids to Access. We love Dr. Williams he has taken really good care of our kids. He takes his time and checks everything and is great with the kids. He also includes the parents in the best treatment options. He explains everything and makes sure you are very informed about what is going on with your kids.

RecommendedI had dental work and the medical side here in Joplin. I like both parts. However I had to get female check up for my stem cell transplant and the medical side’s dr was like “our equipment don’t want to work on you because you’re............ (not finishing that). What’s worse, it was in front of the nurse and a med student. Also, I was playing on my phone and he smarts off and says do you play on your phone during sex too? sick of this place, they keep giving my appointments away. if you don't answer the appointment reminder call, they take you off the schedule. this is at least the 2nd time I've had an appointment, gone in and am told its been given to someone else. I had an appointment ! the call should be a courtesy reminder 😤
