Dr. Zuckerberg is terrific and I know he cares about his customers.
The doctors are ok but most of the staff are rude and they act like they're the only ones in town. Very unprofessional. They're too busy trying to be cute rather than help people out.
Horribly inflated prices so they can give you 50% off so it seems like a deal but $600 for 2 pairs of glasses still.....ridiculous! Horrible customer service as well, long hold times, don't call you when your glasses are in...
