RecommendedI have been coming to see Dr Zucker for more years than I'd like to admit. He is wonderful. The optos retina scanner is great. Today Paloma helped my daughter and I order new glasses. She made the experience so painless and pleasant... We love Accent on Vision!
Screwed up my son's glasses! Went to them for a specific pair and they reassured me they could make them. Even checked with their vision lab and said yes they could do it. Called to tell me they were in but slightly different from what I ordered. Got the glasses and they weren't even close to being right. Manager was extremely rude about it. My son will continue to go blind without them and now we're back to square one with a different shop. Don't believe anything they say!
I have been taking my daughter to get glasses and contacts for 16 years. I left her appointment today in tears of gratitude and appreciation! We have never had as positive an experience as we had today. Thank You!! I will tell everyone I know....

Fantastic customer service and care. After leaving ALL of my contacts and glasses in California I called them in a panic . They went out of their way to get me a same day appointment ( this during the holidays !) . They are also the same price I pay at Costco for an exam and their contacts are reasonably priced .
Alyssa was efficient and had GREAT customer service. Also Tony does the best glasses adjustments!
If I was able to give this facility a negative star I would. The lack of customer service, accuracy and consistency is what this horrible establishment is made up of not to mention the over priced products. The glasses that I can't even see out of was the second strike, but what really did it was the attitude I received from the staff working there.
