Not only did I have a seizure after asking if the triggering treatment would affect my epilepsy, I was rushed out and put into an Uber after the paramedics left the office. They told the driver I had a bad migraine so that he would drive me home. I was very wobbly & unstable. I’ve never been to such a negligent doctor’s office in my life. Not only did I pay my co pay, I also paid for my own Uber.

Went for an eye appt. on wed. Feb. 16th. Been going here for about 8 years. I was told I needed to wear a mask. I presented "Jennifer" with my medical exemption from wearing a mask. Also presented a legal notice covering the the federal laws that this "private business" has a legal classification as a "public accommodation" Title III Reg.28 CFR36.104 says so. Love AoV! They are always so helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that we have a good experience and we get what we need. This visit my daughter got contacts for the first time. She had a little bit of an issue after we left. They got her right back in and got it resolved right away. They listen and care about your eye care. ❤

have you ever walked out if this business and not paid for services?? lizette indicated I had left and not paid for contact exam. they also messed up did exams and found pressure issue. they referred me to surgeon, keep in mind they sold me glasses. when i went to surgeon i needed surgery on both eyes. the glasses they made were completely of office staff said they would remake but would not give me contact rx until I paid 72.00. i stress that I have gone there for years and paid for everything before I left. I had a problem with my glasses about 7 months after getting them I went back to the store met with a mgr Lizeth I'm just going to say the service she gave me was outstanding she handled the problem ordered me a new pair and waited on me just want to say thx....
