About three weeks ago I had a new Goodman AC unit installed in my home by Accel Heating and Cooling. This past Thursday the unit stopped working. I called them on Friday (Start of the memorial day weekend) to ask them to return and repair the problem promptly. I was informed that the first appointment would be the following Tuesday morning between eight and twelve. Requested an estimate which was repeatedly delayed as it was the wrong season. Great estimator, but estimate never showed up. Surprisingly front office has no record of it and has never followed up. I used to swear by Accel, but they seem to have a major service problem. Canât find service contract either. Have called office multiple times. Going to switch provider. Donât ever follow up.
Accel was referred by Home Depot to install a garbage disposal purchased there. We got an appointment on the next business day. Eric Taylor, the technician, arrived on time and got right to work. He was very friendly. He got the disposal installed and working in less than an hour. He also installed a hand-held shower for us and gave us suggestions about another project we needed to do. Our experience with Accel was positive overall, and I would recommend them to other people.
We had a water heater emergency. I was in a business trip and had to arrange things from 3000 miles away. I was so glad to deal with you guys. My wife was satisfied and could not stop talking about how quickly and how professionally the job was completed.
Don't change anything. It was the kind of experience you hope for.
Stay away from this company. Quality is questionable and customer service does not exist. As many other said here and other forums, they would not look to help, owner does not return calls and as a result nobody in this company cares to call back either. There are many other companies in this business who are eager to help out and provide the customer service that's expected for a critical piece of equipment in our houses. Stay away from Accel Heating and Cooling!

The installers Mike and Souch were excellent, timely and very meticulous in handling our new Rheem unit. At the conclusion of the installation, Mike was very professional and patient in showing us how the system and thermostat should operate. We were very pleased with both of the installers that you assigned to us. Our experience with them was exceptional.
Both Jim and Danny did a great job. They answered all my questions. Took pride it what they did. 10 number ratings.Laid out covering all over floor and cleaned up .
