I would NOT recommend Accel Heating & Cooling because I don't like AT ALL the new cooling and heating system they installed in April 2018, now is December 2018. It's Rheem product from Home Depot, it makes a huge noise in the utility room when cooling and even more noise when heat is on (above 80 decibels and it wakes me up in the night time). The installers were very professional, made adjusts to the locations of the each unit to ensure a positive performances. They answered many questions and provide supporting documentation. I would recommend Axcel to everyone I know.
INCOMPITENT and UNRESPONSIVE. They were super attentive when getting the job scheduled and taking my money. They installed an HVAC System in my home 3 1/2 Years ago for 35K. After 25+ technician visits and modifications to the system, the upstairs unit STILL does not work and despite multiple promises to have the Carrier Rep come to appointments they have not delivered. Paul Salas was the tech sent out to install a toilet I ordered through Home Depot. He was at once friendly when he walked into my home. He explained that he would like to assess my current toilet before the install.
