I would give minus five starts if I could. They cannot be trusted with service. It's been 3 weeks now and they are unable or unwilling to fix our A/C. I have elderly parents in the house and 90 plus degree temperatures. First they replaced a part that did not solve the problem. Then they started rescheduling several times. They ordered an incorrect part. They do not communicate with their customers and now they have no record or don't know what is going on or if the technician ordered the correct part. If I could give this company a negative 10000 stars I would. We purchased a whole a/c units and spent over $8000 three years ago. The A/C stopped working in the summer of 2017. It took them over a month to fix it, and it was only fixed because I called their owner Edward. Accel kept sending different person every time and they kept telling us different things.
