All shoes you need are out of stock. Very disorganized shoe department. Asked for help and the lady scanned a shoe and told me they don’t have any of them in stock after I found 6 pairs of them in all smaller sizes then what I needed!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The entire shoe department is a total wreck with no organization whatsoever. The management is a joke. Rude and NOT knowledgeable about any of their products or pricing. There’s a reason I drive out to the one on HWY 280 most of the time. Do not waste your time here! If you’ve gotta go somewhere in trussville go to HIBBETTS!
I have shopped at Academy many times, but lately it's almost as if they don't care about customers. I was looking for some things I needed for my duty gear (law enforcement) and the selection wasn't near as good as prior. I will say, Caleb at te Trussville location was awesome and tied to help. Sorry, but I will go online and pay a little more.
Excellent service. Best shopping experience in a long while. :)
