Did a little shopping yesterday and went by academy. Found an elliptical machine and a grill that we wanted. Went back to get them today. We may as well have been ghosts. Zero customer service. The one guy we did talk to about the grills, had the competency level of a grapefruit. Went in there prepared to drop almost a grand and walked out with nothing.

Hire some people that know what customer service is. Called in today and was asked to call back later because they were busy. I guess my business isn't important.
Had the worst customer service ever with 2 of their store associates. Will not shop there again!
I had the worst customer service experience with a cashier ever. cashier never smile nor did she acknowledge me their with a hello or ask me did I find what you looking for. after she scan my item of shoes. she didn't even tell me my total amount$$. I just can't stand poor customer service at all. I want be back.
