Working with AC By J is always so convenient starting with the people in the office and with every service tech that end up at my home. Today I had ****************** and just like the last time he was at my home, he was excellent! He, and the techs in the past truly take their time to make sure that everything is running properly and that I am satisfied. Once again, his report showed no issues at all. And the great thing about AC By J, is that they don't try and up-sell you with different services, etc.

****** was my technician for my plumbing service on October 12th, 2022. She was amazing ! She was very knowledgeable and congenial. She had a trainee with her and was an excellent teacher. She also gave me insight on how to deal with hard water buildup in the future. From this former teacher, she gets an A+ !!
