Ive been using AC by J for many years now. They are ******************* and do a great job.
I appreciate the time taken to visit my home, late in the evening. (16:45 on 11/15/22) Technician was cordial and decided to start at the outside unit based of the service call notes. I explained I felt the issue was outside at the condenser/compressor, so his decision to start there was fine by me. I told him I noticed a small, coiled copper pipe, that looked detached.
