****** was excellent. She informed me of all my options when my water heater went out. She set a follow-up appointment for the next week to install my new one and was there right on time. I felt like she really knew her job and had my best interests in mind. Highly recommend.
As always AC by JAY has done a great job. **** did a great job answered my questions and covered the work he completed. He was courteous and helpful when showing how to program the smart thermostat for the cooler months. Kudos to the office staff who are eager and happy with their jobs.

Tech was impatient with elderly mother in law who did not speak English. She tried to had tech phone number so we could talk he walked off. Wife tried to talk to tech threw ring and he just walked off. Very rude unprofessional and not welcome back
