Very happy with the service that we received. We knew our air conditioner was on the old side and ****** showed us pictures of the internal condition of our unit and confirmed our concerns. Glad to know what we are dealing with so we can make an informed decision on the replacement of our unit before it potentially causes damage beyond just the unit itself.
Great professional service, knowledgeable, practical, and performs the right ongoing maintenance to make ************** last. The 2x/YR service is a good value and exposes potential issues. Notably, Repair quotes come in expensive, markup on parts is easily 3-4X market value or more. Im not sure how other entities price, but Id guess similar. (Capacitor retails for $20. "MORE THAN SATISFIES" describes AC by J in my opinion. Each time they come out for a routine inspection, if nothing is wrong, it is a pleasure and they are on their way. If something is challenging, they take photos, give a complete explanation, and give recommendations that we may choose if we desire. Amazing how they do not pressure but simply state the facts and again "MORE THAN SATISFY" its customers.

Excellent service provided by AC By J. I had both AC unit and furnace replaced. All aspects of the installation was smooth and competent. The techs were great and knew what they were doing. They respected the interior of my home. They completed the work and did testing to ensure the new equipment was working properly. All old equipment was hauled away. In ******* have to take HVAC equipment seriously given the desert heat. Use AC By J with confidence.
