Very happy with the service that we received. We knew our air conditioner was on the old side and ****** showed us pictures of the internal condition of our unit and confirmed our concerns. Glad to know what we are dealing with so we can make an informed decision on the replacement of our unit before it potentially causes damage beyond just the unit itself.
Great professional service, knowledgeable, practical, and performs the right ongoing maintenance to make ************** last. The 2x/YR service is a good value and exposes potential issues. Notably, Repair quotes come in expensive, markup on parts is easily 3-4X market value or more. Im not sure how other entities price, but Id guess similar. (Capacitor retails for $20.
