I had a bumblebee nest in a spot that I couldn't get to on my own. When I searched for an exterminator, I was impressed with the reviews for ABX and decided to give them a try. Very glad I did! Charlie and his son came out, took care of the problem, and advised how to prevent it from happening again. This company was great to deal with. Customer service and satisfaction are their priority. I called about my bee problem and they were able to come out quickly and take care of it. Charlie and his son were attentive towards my needs and actually came out on a holiday at no extra fee. I will use them again if needed and recommend them to everyone.

I called ABX Pest Control for help with bees. They told me they didn't service my area, but, if I wanted to tackle the problem bees on my own they would help me. I said yes, and they walked me through a plan to eradicate the little buggers. It worked beautifully! and at NO CHARGE! Thanks ABX, how refreshing to work with truly helpful people.

ABX is a local family owned company. Keep business here in Buffalo, NY people! Charlie and his son Nick are 100% professional! They came out to tackle my bee problem (yellow jackets). They were right by my front door, making it dangerous to enter the house without risking getting stung/bees inside. ABX blasted the nest and told me if the bees returned to call them back and they will return until my bee problem is gone. I can't thank Charlie and his son enough for first helping my Sister with her bee problem, which posed more of a threat being located close to her front door and then taking care of our bee problem as well. Charlie and his son were very knowledgeable and very calming as well. My Sister was so freaked out about the bee's, due to her children being stung in the past several times. I am the sister that a previous reviewer is referring to. I can't thank ABX enough. I could barely sleep worrying about the bees getting into my house. My children are highly reactive to bees and this was so disturbing. Pest control is not a topic anyone wants to think about, but it's good to know we have a great resource when needed! Excellent service!! Super friendly, came out and sprayed for ants and then came back a second time just to make sure everything was okay. 110% recommend them!
