It took longer to get than expected but otherwise I was happy with my spa. A big part of our decision to purchase was based on the warranty and the fact they were local and promised quick service for any issues. One of the pumps went out on our spa. It took a while but we finally had two guys show up at our house and they were unable to fix the issue. They said they would look into it and get back with us.
