Our pool had been emptied and cleaned, which caused a air bubble in the pump, preventing my #3 jet from working. Not only did Alex, who was very knowledgeable and professional, fix the problem within a few minutes, but he also showed us what to do in the event this happens again so we do not need to have an extra service call. Thank you Alex, we do appreciate you!

Jonathan and Christian were really nice. They got the tub hooked-up, and it is already up to heat. It was so hot, I felt bad for them.

It took longer to get than expected but otherwise I was happy with my spa. A big part of our decision to purchase was based on the warranty and the fact they were local and promised quick service for any issues. One of the pumps went out on our spa. It took a while but we finally had two guys show up at our house and they were unable to fix the issue. They said they would look into it and get back with us.
