I had a great experience with Alex in the tech dept. I have a 7 year old garden spa witch was leaking from the filter system . He identified it right away, ordered the part and we had fixed in a week. Great job, quick service . I will use them again. Thanks Ed D.
We received our spa on July 6, 2020. The two men who brought and set up the hot tub were very polite in getting it just the way we wanted and explained the process for running and maintaining it. Kyson and Josh were fantastic and quick. It was 106 here in Mesquite, Nevada so I was surprised they were here at all. Oh well, after a few bottles of water and a bit of time while the tub filled and we were feeling that we could handle the new spa. We were told to make sure we called if we needed any help. Our pool had been emptied and cleaned, which caused a air bubble in the pump, preventing my #3 jet from working. Not only did Alex, who was very knowledgeable and professional, fix the problem within a few minutes, but he also showed us what to do in the event this happens again so we do not need to have an extra service call. Thank you Alex, we do appreciate you!

Jonathan and Christian were really nice. They got the tub hooked-up, and it is already up to heat. It was so hot, I felt bad for them.
