Awful experience with this company. Beware of ANA! She is condescending, rude, interrupts often and would not answer my questions. She actually hung up on me because I asked her, on many occasions, how many listings the company manages nationally. She kept dodging. No response. It seems she is the only employee that answers the phone!! Ana (Birch) wouldn’t answer my questions and laughed at me continually, also making accusations of me as well. Be AWARE. I believe this company is a SCAM. We talked to person named ANA, she is the only one picking up the phone, even on Sundays. When we spoke first, Ana said that the rental place we are interested in will cost $1500 a month + $500 deposit in advance to reserve the place. 2 days later when we spoke again she changed that to " We need to pay $1500 + $500 so $2000 in advance to reserve the place.
