Yet again we were thoroughly pleased with the care our son received from Dr. Will. He is always so kind and patient with our anxious little one. He always explains everything in an easy to understand way and really makes you feel at ease. Thank you for always giving our child the best experience. Today was my sons first dental appointment at PDS & we are beyond pleased. We recently moved to the area & needed to establish our almost 3 year old son with a new dentist. Our experience was great from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were helpful & nice with scheduling. His visit was with Dr. Spratling & Katie, who were amazing. I am amazed at the staff and Dr. Will Brantley!! My daughter had some marks on her teeth that I thought might be cracked teeth. Being a military family and having just moved to town we didn't have a dentist yet, so no one had availability to see new patients for at least 2 months! Dr. Brantley's office worked with me and was able to get me in immediately!!! Their office was clean and welcoming to children! The staff were so accommodating to my son and I. It was our first visit and we couldn’t be happier! They are such nice people and so thankful to have that practice as our dentist! Thank u PDS y’all really go above and beyond!!
I’ve been taking my daughter there for 16 years. Everyone there from the time you walk in the door until you walk out are so caring and wonderful. We love Dr Spratling, my daughter is special needs and he is such a kind and understanding person he and his staff. My daughter loved him so much when she had medical problems such as sore throat or earache she said call Dr Spratling. That Pediatric group are the ones to go to, you won’t regret it.
Dr. Will and his staff went above & behind to ensure we were comfortable with our sons appointment and extraction. We have never met such a caring staff.
Amanda was awesome with Clarence today he enjoyed his mint flavor paste that Amanda used.Dr Spratlin was kind awesome and shared alot of information about Clarence teeth..Thank you Dr Spratlin & staff for a outstanding caring visit..Highly recommend Dr Spratlin and Staff at PDS.
