My tandem bike needed some work (back wheel wobbled). Mike looked it over, listed all the problems, and suggested what they should fix, and what I could put off until another time. I appreciated how thorough and honest he was. The did a great job at a fair price (just what he estimated). The bike rides like new! I am so pleased. Aberdeen's techs were working away on my bike within a minute of walking through the door. Expecting a day or two turn around for service, I was extremely pleased when the tech presented me with my bike 10 minutes later! While the tech was working, I had a look around, after a bit of back and forth with Ben I wound up with a great offer for a trade-in and walked out with a Specialized rockhopper at an amazing value. 5 stars. Don't go anywhere else.

I was hit by a car on my bike and the owner Mike personal took and fixed my bike for free. Great service and very nice bike shop. I'm going back there for sure.
