Took my 2 year old Electra in for a small tune up. $67 seemed a little much to tighten a brake, replace a bolt and tighten one screw to secure the light—but ok. I wanted to support a local shop. Got an email saying it was done and they added $15 for replacing an eighth inch bolt. $82. You’re joking right? $15 the “mistaken” added fee was then removed. My sister referred me into Aberdeen as I was looking for a road bike. I stopped in on a Saturday as they were closing. Heather listened to what I was looking for and took the time to go over the bike with me that she recommended. Heather was spot on with the Specialized AWOL Elite. I love my new baby. I have had it 5 days and have put over a 100 miles on it. Thank you Heather and Aberdeen Bikes.
Brought my bike in to check out my front tire and this shop is the greatest! From helping me with an issue with my rack on my van to replacing the tube on my tire that kept losing air, service with great courtesy is what Aberdeen is all about. And what a great assortment of bikes, clothing, accessories they have on top of the maintenance/service they provide. So grateful to have them in our community!
I have purchased six bikes and cycling gear/accessories here over the past decade and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of our purchases and the customer service. I bring my bikes for their annual tune-up here, I am always greeted by name, and Mike, Dale, and Heather have yet to be driven nuts by my constant questions. Great place!
