Called at 4pm today and set up an appointment for a meet and greet. I told them I got off work at 5, would go home to get my dog, and then go straight there. I arrived there a little after 5:30pm. As I was about to walk into the building, a woman, a child, a battered-looking little dog, and an employee/volunteer of the Humane Society came walking out the door with another dog ... the dog we were to meet and greet.
