This was our first visit. I was very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the facility. The staff and volunteers were helpful and courteous. It was a pretty busy day and everyone that was waiting for a new pet was helped in a timely manner.
Absolutely wonderful. Kind people. Animals are treated with love and kindness. We got our sweet Ella baby (cat) from here. We were there for a while. Close to closing, and finaly made our match. Ellie (cat) we renamed Ella... found us as we were walking out. The staff was patient with us and helped us on the journey of animal adoption. �
The lady at the check-in desk needs some customer service skill and attitude class asap. She wasnt smiling as you expect from a pet related business. When I checked with her to pick up my dog she asked me to wait but people who came after was called ahead of me. I had to ask the women on the check out desk and I was helped with no delay. BUT, the same lady at the check out desk charged me extra treatment medication without consent. They have the best staff I lost my two dogs in the fire 12/13/16 at Cordova apt I called about the cremation they said it was going to be $200 they did it for free
We have 3 dogs and 3 cats. They are all rescues except for the chihuahua. The "photos with Santa" was wonderful ! I especially liked the personalized ceramic ornaments they had for sale. And the free 'make your own stocking' was a real treat ! It was very well organized and not crowded. Kudos to the event ! We will definitely be back next year, and hopefully there will be other events for donations for your pets in the future.
I just want to send a shout out to all the wonderful and helpful staff at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, who took good care of my dog Lucky who was very sick,thanks to all the beautiful ladies at the front desk especially Lisa and my dog Lucky Doctor, I don't know her name but I appreciate your kindness from you and all your staff......God bless you guys .,you guys are caring and loving to all the animals that day.....Happy Holidays guys stay beautiful and bless always......Juliet A.
