This was the first time we've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes past our appointment time to be seen, which over 4 years is amazing. The staff were apologetic and gracious, and friendly as always. We recommend you all the time and will continue you to. THANKS!
I am so glad we went with Asheville Pediatric Dentistry! The moment we walked in we were welcomed by smiling, sweet, and patient staff. They hygentists were amazing with both of my children. Dr. Jackson was extremely knowledgable and and answered all my questions.
I took my 20 month old son in for a check-up and assessment of trauma and was very impressed with Dr. Jackson and her staff. They knew how to keep my son calm and made it a fun experience for him. They were very professional in every interaction I had with staff, and it was obvious that they cared for my son. Thank you for a great experience!
My son, Asa, had some really serious dental. Dr. Jackson and her entire staff made my son, as well as myself, feel completely comfortable and confident that he could be 100% healthy again! I have never had a better experience anywhere!
This was my 15 month old's first visit to the dentist. All that were involved were wonderful to both of us.
Dr. Jackson has been taking care of my daughter's teeth since she was a year old. She's very professional and down to earth. I appreciate Dr. Jackson and her staff for always taking care of my little girl. Plus the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Now, only if adult dentist office could be as cool as Dr. Jackson office. For years we have had the utmost respect for our child at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Jackson not only gives the child the comfort of having a parent in the room if they like, but also speaks to them with kid-friendly language and care to help them understand their dental health and treatment. She is the Mr. Rogers of dentistry. We would bring our son nowhere else.
Dr Jackson and staff are wonderful! My daughter now looks forward to going to the dentist. They are so gentle and calm and pleasant. My older daughter just had to switch to them after witnessing her younger sister's enjoyable experience. The entire visit, start to finish is incredible!
Recently moved from out of state, so this was our first visit to the practice. I was really impressed with the staff from reception to dental hygienist to Dr. Jackson herself. Incredibly patient, friendly, and informative. I think we found the right practice!
