The hygienist was great with my 2 yr old and stayed with us until dentist came in to do eval. Dentist was super sweet and knowledgable. Only downside was wait time after teeth were cleaned waiting for dentist, but maybe another kid was having a harder time.
This was my son's first dental visit. He was made to feel very comfortable, and involved in his own successful care. He told everyone about his safari dental experience and we thank you all for making it so fun!
My daughter always enjoys going to the see Dr. Jackson and staff they are always so friendly.
My first time visiting the office with my daughter who has special needs. ALL of the staff were wonderful!! They took time to talk about everything that was happening, and made us feel very welcomed. My daughter especially liked watching a movie while being in "the chair". I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist for their kids....young or old.
Our experience was wonderful! The ladies at the front desk were so warm and kind. The assistants and dental hygenists were not only excellent with kids (singing songs, playing with puppets and letting my daughter brush some stuffed animals teeth) but they were skilled at handling a toddler tantrum during her tooth cleaning. The office is amazing. The staff is even better. They were wonderful with my 18 month old daughter. She loved all of the decorations. The stuffed animals in the rainforest were a welcome sight to make the waiting area fun and kid friendly. Rachel was great with my little gal. Pam at the front desk was so nice too. Dr. Jackson was great! I can't say enough nice things about your practice!
Excellent practice. My son dreaded his trip to the dentist office, where he had never been before. After the first couple of minutes of being there, he was smiling and asked to come back the next day. He really enjoyed being there. The staff were really on top of things, and very understanding. They helped me get and understand the best dental care that my son needed. I personally like and recommend Asheville Pediatric Dentistry.
Wonderful and caring staff made my four-year-old's first dental appointment a great experience!
I have been so impressed with this dentist. They calm my fears, educate me, and Dr. Jenny always calls (herself not office staff) to check on my son after an appointment. They are the best!!!!
