I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Jackson is amazing!!! She really knows how make the kids feel comfortable and at ease. The staff is amazing as well. They are always so helpful an friendly!
We love APD!!! My husband took our 5 year old daughter to this month's visit and raved about Dr. Jackson and her team! All staff at APD are compassionate and patient...two skills that are much needed when dealing with small children and their teeth!
My 7-year-old daughter has had a complicated dental history. Without going into great detail, I will just say that it is difficult for her to establish trust with a new dentist. We saw Dr. Jackson yesterday on an emergency basis, not the best of circumstances to establish a new relationship, but the meeting could not have gone better. My kids love going to the dentist!! She walks them thru every step and they always ask when they can go back.
The staff, everyone, always make sure that my daughter is comfortable and feels welcomed.
Our son is 20mo and has been to APD twice already. Both experiences were very pleasant. The staff is professional and patient. I highly recommend Asheville Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Jackson and the entire staff are helpful and friendly. My daughter is very comfortable getting dental care through this office!
Alissa's dental hygienist was awesome! Sorry, I can't remember her name, but she was so sweet, had a caring personality, and definitely worked very well with children. Everyone was so friendly and caring!
From the moment you walk in the door, until you walk out the service is tremendous. Truly blessed to have my children going to a dentist's office where you can feel the pride and joy these women have in their profession! Dr. Jackson is wonderful and all the ladies in the office perform well above expectation. Thank you all of you!
