We had another great visit with Dr. Jackson. The staff is always great, soft spoken, smiling, and very reassuring to our child. Our wait was longer than normal, but this is because there was a procedure going on. The staff kept us informed, and everyone was very apologetic.
We couldn't have been happier with our first visit with Dr. Jackson. Everyone in the office was so welcoming from the moment we walked in. Dr. Jackson and all the assistants were very patient with my inquisitive 3 year old. They were thorough both with my son and in their explanations of his needs. Happy to have found my kids a dentist that is as great as the pediatric dentist I went to as a kid.
My 4yr old had a traumatic experience at her previous dentist but she has had such a great experience here that she now looks forward to the dentist. The entire staff is phenomenal. Dr. Jackson is absolutely wonderful. They genuinely care about the comfort of the patient as well as the parent. I am so incredibly impressed.
From the first time I called to schedule an appointment to the time I showed up for my first appointment the staff was great! I must also admit that the office is the cutest dentist office i have ever been to.
Last visit my son was angelic during his appointment but this time he threw a fit and needed calming words. Dr. Jackson and Kristen did an amazing job easing him, coaching him and talking him through his cleaning. I was so impressed by Kristen that I wanted to mention her directly and send her lots of praise for her soothing/calm nature. She truly is a kid-whisperer!
My son had just turned one and had never had his teeth checked Dr. Jackson and all her staff were very calm and took their time with my son and made him feel ok with the whole dental process

I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old. These ladies are so awesome with both of them. They get to go back at the same time so I can be there with both of them. The 5 year old is a "big" girl but still gets anxious. They were very patient and kind with her and made her feel very at ease. The 2 year old is a wild child who was not having them look at her teeth. They took their time and brought over one of the stuffed animals to demonstrate what they were going to do. My 4yr old went Into the office nervous because she had a bad experience with another dentist and left telling me that she loved the dentist. Dr. Jackson is so sweet and amazing with the kids. Not only does she care about their teeth but it is also very important to her that the child is as comfortable as possible. The entire staff was amazing. I was very impressed.
