The staff and Dr. Jackson made my three year old son feel so welcome and safe on our very first visit. We left feeling cared for and couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism we received! Thank you again for an amazing day!

Dr. Jackson and the staff at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry are patient and gentle. My son was very shy and scared during his first few visits and the staff worked with him to make him feel comfortable and dealt with whatever emotion he was feeling. Today was his third visit and he was very comfortable and had a terrific appointment.

my daughter is 2 so this is her 3rd visit to see Dr. Jackson. We are always impressed with how well we are treated by the entire staff. From the front lobby, which is full of kid-friendly activities and toys, to the exam room, complete with overhead televisions, everything is designed with your child in mind. These ladies obviously care a lot about their patients and I recommend them to everyone I can.
My 10 year old came to Dr. Jackson with a lot of hesitation and anxiety. She and the staff were very calm and positive with her, and most importantly, they were honest with her about everything they were doing, why, and what it would feel like. I could see her visible relax with each explanation and ultimately left the office smiling and laughing. I'm amazed and so grateful for this practice.
I took my son to his first visit to the dentist today. We had talked up this visit: prepared for opening wide and counting teeth. I was thrilled to see and experience the patience and the education to my son - at 3years old - in a manner in which he understood everything. Thank you!
Asheville Pediatric Dentistry is the most thoughtful group of professional staff! They never overlook any detail to each and every family. My children feel confident and cared for during all of their visits. I am thankful to have Jenny Jackson as my children's Dentist!
