I came in today for just a basic mani/pedi appointment for Mother’s Day. I typically am not one to complain, but my goodness my appointment was so RUSHED. I have been going through so much lately, and actually haven’t been to have nails done in years, and thought I would treat myself and my daughter. Worst experience ever. No proper communication and zero responsibility from their side.
Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor and nothing was handled professionally. Definitely not recommended.
