Sharon Coale's ABC Speech is wonderful! She and her speech therapists have helped my son and daughter with their speech development. Our son is currently working with Niki Kafashzadeh and she is so great with him! Both of our kids have gained a ton of confidence with their improved speech. We highly recommend ABC Speech!! It will be 10 years this year that my children have been going to ABC Kids Therapy and we are so thankful to have found this wonderful group. My family and I want to thank Nikki, a wonderful speech pathologist with ABC Kids Therapy. She is patient, vibrant and AMAZING!! We have been working with her for 3 years. Our son loves how she is always so positive and teaches him in a way that he can understand, he is a visual learner and she encourages him with different methodologies. She talks to us after sessions to review what was covered. She has great suggestions and provides at - home review work. Disappointing. If you care about your child, DO NOT go here. The place is poorly ran. The carpets are filled with hair that stick to your child's clothes, the floors are dirty and the toys are unsanitary. Last time I checked, we are in a PANDEMIC!! You might be lucky to get Sharon, the owner, or Marni, the director, as they work from home but they have absolutely NO clue what is happening at their business location. We have had a horrible experience at ABC. The owner is MIA and out of touch with what is going on.. Our first assigned therapist was sweet but very inexperienced with 3 years old. We were assigned to another therapist, who at the last minute became unavailable, We then got Nikki. She is loud, hyper and impatient. . She actually reprimanded me because my grandson was not being attentive. HE IS 3 ! After a few sessions we realized that she lacked the patience and demeanor that a 3 year old active boy needs. ABC Kids Speech Therapy has gone above and beyond to build my non-verbal son’s communication skills. The therapists are well-educated, experienced, and caring. As a parent, it is pure joy to hear my son’s words and to see his confidence grow in using them, and in being understood. Highly recommend.
ABC Kids works jointly with our school with kids pre-k through 12th grades. They have done an amazing job working with the teachers and the parents to provide outstanding speech services. Each of the therapists is competent, knowledgeable, professional, and well-equipped to serve the various needs of all of our students, regardless of their needs. Sharon and her staff are wonderful. They have provided speech services for my two children for the past two years. They are professional, they communicate well with me so I know what is going on and what my kids are working on. My kids have worked with a few different therapists, including the owner, Sharon, they have all been extremely professional and diligent. Would highly recommend their services.
