It seems ABC is trying to gain old customers back! However, it’s like they keep certain things secret about their company & services they provide! One of the techs left a bag of materials last time he visited! I returned the bag with important items inside! A message appeared on my alarm pad I called to report it & no one responded after 3 wks. Hi Mrs Linda, we are sorry you feel that things are kept secret and charged more. That is definitely not the case. Our monthly monitoring rate is a flat rate for all of our customers. The difference happened because at the time of job completion you chose to eliminate the interactive app ($24.95) and only have cellular monitoring ($19.95). Our billing department setup your monthly billing based on your contract which states the $24.95.
