It seems ABC is trying to gain old customers back! However, it’s like they keep certain things secret about their company & services they provide! One of the techs left a bag of materials last time he visited! I returned the bag with important items inside! A message appeared on my alarm pad I called to report it & no one responded after 3 wks. I had to call again. I was charged a service fee which they didn’t tell me about which was $25.00 which had to be paid that same day! I wasn’t happy about that. They also stated one p... read more

Hi Mrs Linda, we are sorry you feel that things are kept secret and charged more. That is definitely not the case. Our monthly monitoring rate is a flat rate for all of our customers. The difference happened because at the time of job completion you chose to eliminate the interactive app ($24.95) and only have cellular monitoring ($19.95). Our billing department setup your monthly billing based on your contract which states the $24.95.
