Easy to get in touch with, super responsive when there is something to be addressed, great sales staff, great office staff. Reasonable rates. Monitoring station response is super fast if the alarm does go off.

*** Alarm system was very easy to set up and we've been using them for 3+ years now. We've had our fire alarm go off many times due to us burning food in the kitchen and they always call immediately so I've been reassured that in a real emergency their services will be invaluable. ABC Fire & Burglar Alarm are very professional and dependable. Installers are very experienced and helpful with installations and updates to systems. Have been a customer with them for years!
My husband and I have been SO pleased with *** Fire and Burglar Alarm. We were referred to them by a close friend, and they have exceeded our expectations ever since! We have our doorbell, home security, and thermostat all through them. I switched from ADT to local company **** They give great customer service all the way around. The rates are by far less expensive than the other companies. I like the idea that I am giving back to the community by buying local. I would highly recommend *** Burglar and Alarm.

******* was very knowledgeable and efficient in solving our problems with the doorbell and cameras. He also replaced the *** system which solved the problem of not being able to view the cameras whenever the ** address would change. The new system automatically changes the ** address internally. Thereby allowing continual cameras viewing without interruption. We are more than pleased with his expertise and overall helpfulness.
