RecommendedMy first experience with ABC. Definitely five out of five stars, The office staff are extremely polite and efficient. Notification of the name and photo of the technician was impressive. E mail and call to say that the tech was on his way was helpful. Steven was very professional and a real gentleman. He explained carefully what he did and answered my questions in terms that I could understand. Altogether A great experince. This company will be my ‘go to” for all plumbing and HVAC needs from now on.
Great service,40 minutes on site, had diagnosed the problem replaced the part - cold air blowing again and everyone on their way to the rest of the day. Thanks for a great job by Tyler Barton the technician!
We were super-pleased with ABC. Our air conditioner unexpectedly stopped working last night. We called ABC just before 8pm and were able to schedule a service call for this morning. The tech (Bill Sweeney) came out this morning, diagnosed the issue and made the repair - all before 11am. Many thanks to ABC and Bill! We will definitely be repeat customers should we run into any issues in the future!
I am soo happy with Justin, their AC/Furnace Technician, skillful, kind, patient and speak with proper language. No "man" or "dude" calling. He's a real business-like technician.
Fantastic service, knowledgeable folks, with very fair pricing. ABC sent Sal to my home just a few hours after my call. Troubleshooting the problem was tricky, but Sal got to the root of the issue. Highly recommended.
My furnace was malfunctioning and I feared the worst financially. I called a different company first, and the earliest appointment I could get was two weeks out. The first visit fee was $165, not to be applied to the actual repair. Thinking this was standard, I made the appointment, but then I called ABC Cooling to compare. Pierre came by on time, was very knowledgeable, serviced all the critical elements, and installed a surge protector upgrade which would protect my furnace in the future. Every year I am impressed by ABC and would highly recommend this company and their furnace line.
We have been using ABC Heating & Cooling for several years. We love their Guardian Maintenance program. Twice a year, spring and fall, they come to check out our system. We had JC Garcia come this last time. He explained what he was doing and why. He gave me several recommendations and future considerations. There was no pressure to accept or decline those reccommendations. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendly demeaner. I have had similar experiences with every technician that has come.
