I’ve tried this place several times over the years, and it’s always been hit or miss. I happened to be in the area recently, stopped in, and made an appointment. I returned 20 minutes later at my scheduled appointment time, then waited another 25 minutes without being seen or given any update. At that point, I simply left. Respecting customers’ time should be a basic priority.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to ABB Waxing. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and, until this experience, I have consistently received excellent service from your establishment. Samenda is the best waxer I’ve had at ABB and I’ve been going for years. She gets every strand and has a great personality. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.
