Frankly, I am stunned by Expedia's brag that "99.85% of their customers are satisfied with their experience"! I tried to use it once and failed. I tried to book a flight online as I always do on other sites, posted all the appropriate information, and pressed submit, but nothing happened. Tried again unsuccessfully fearing I would wind up with 2 tickets. Called their customer service line, where I was placed on hold. When I finally spoke with a representative, she said she could book it over the phone, and I was delighted. A... read more

WARNING!!! DO NOT ASK AARP FOR INFORMATION ON HEALTH INSURANCE! I filled out the contact me form at their website and have been inundated with sales calls every single day to the tune of 12-20 calls each day,. Even though I have asked each caller to take me off their list, the calls keep coming fro different numbers all over the country. I finally called AARP and was told it would take 2 weeks to have my number removed from third party vendors. I am so disgusted with AARP for allowing this happen !!! Why would I want to rene... read more

I am not really sure what benefit it is to Seniors to have an AARP membership, but lots of them think they should belong. My parents have been members for 30 years and I don't think they have really received any benefit that they don't already get with their AAA membership for the car. My big problem with AARP is their renewal billing practices. They must send renewal notices out every month for the entire year. It is confusing for Seniors with memory loss, so the Senior will keep sending a check for $16 thinking they didn't... read more

AARP can not respond to any unscripted question.....they were helpless, unprofessional, uneducated, ignorant and showed a complete lack of anything other than a willingness to sell..............how you give them an A+ is beyond belief based on the complaints the you do post.............I just posted mine....many do not

Want to submit a review in regards to the AARP organization. Their billing practices leaves a lot to desire. Every month they send a bill for renewal, even if you had renewed recently. For people with mental health issues, ex. Alzheimer, it's taking a lot of advantage of them, for a service that is being denied in 99% of places, or where is accepted they overcharge. They also never supply a phone number where to call to resolve billing issues.

I can believe the level of disrespect that comes from AARP membership service and number of lies. It is so sad that people pay into this service and how the service from membership is negative with answering questions. I had an issue that is now going into the 2nd month, no reply to emails, escalations about let see number #6. And now the supervisors refuse to speak to you when you call. WOW!!!!!, tell me can I rate Membership Services for AARP at a -10.

I have been trying to resolve this issue since10/20/2016. I was making a turn into doctor office with my children and a girl was flying around all the cars and hit me. Her insurance is Erie. The Insurance co. has been contacted to rectify this to no avail. I contacted Monica S****** from Erie as she was the claim adjuster handling the accident. That involved her client. I have then lost pay wages, thousand in rental fees. And ultimately my car was repossed. It's been horrible and the girl who hit my car has gotten away with thi... read more

AARP Continues to send for new renewals when membership has not expired . I feel it is manipulation to confuse seniors into renewing early. It is bad business to take advantage of seniors which are the group you are in business to serve. shame on you !
