Has anybody stayed at the Seclusion cabin in the past? If so, when were you there? I'd like to bring my family over spring break, but am nervous about all the bad reviews.
We stayed in the Enchanted Cabin from DEC 20- 26 and we just loved it. It was a Twin King with a queen sleeper sofa, and sleeps six comfortably. Everything was just wonderful! We would rent a cabin they manage again. The cabin we rented was in Pigeon Forge, TN. We had a small snag with sleeper sofa and they sent a maintenance man out right away to take care of the problem. I would recommend this cabin to all my family and friends. Very quiet and easy access. Exactly as displayed in the photos and beautiful inside.
We have stayed a few times at the Cherokee Sunset and every time we were well pleased. The cabin was up to date and very clean. It was actually nicer than it appeared in the website photos. We can't wait to go back!
WE STAYED THERE IN SEPT AND I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. THE BEDS IN THE CABIN WERE BROKE DOWN ON ONE SIDE. THE OUTSIDE DECKS WERE FILTHY DIRTY. WHEN WE CALLED ABOUT IT AFTER WE ARRIVED WE WERE TOLD THE MANAGER WOULD CALL US BACK IN A FEW MINUTES THEY HAD THE PHONE TO THE CABIN AND 2 CELL PHONE NUMBERS DIDN'T HEAR ATHING FROM THEM. THEN WHEN WE CALLED THEM TO CHECK OUT THEY ASKED HOW OUR STAY WAS AND I TOLD THEM AND AGAIN THEY SAID A MANGER WOULD CALL US.
