Definitly the shittiest rental agency out there. Came from Holland to rent a cabin. No help Dangerous and old cabins. Don't go here with kids. Pictures are misleading!!!!
I wish I could give ZERO stars and post a review our cabin Cherokee Sunset was that bad. False advertisement is an understatement. And the lack of caged garbage cans and overgrown vegetation next to the porch put our family in danger when a large bear came to visit. We left early. The cabin was that horrible and in such disrepair and filthy. We found a reputable cabin rental agency for next year's vacation.
A friend and I stayed at Lakota Sunset cabin August 5 - 8, 2016. The place was dirty and worn out. We advised the office on Aug 6 and they said they would take a look but never followed up and nothing was cleaned. We e-mailed a letter stating our concerns and including photos August 18, 2016 and have yet to receive a response. We will never rent from this company again. They seem to operate under the name ACabin Rentals also. Beware!
50 words can not even start to describe our stay at Heavens View....dryer was broke called them the 1st night there was suppose to have gotten someone there to fix it I called sun 2x's mon and tues they finally sent someone at 3:45 had to order a belt for dryer sd he would be back wed afternoon never showed back up..wish I had a way to post pics of the inside of cabin..leather peeling off arms of couch stuffing hanging out of back of couch wall paper peeling off walls commode would not flush upstairs
This company is just out to get your money. They care nothing about the cabins they manage, they are not cleaned upon check in but you have to pay a cleaning fee. Do not rent Bear Camp from this company not enough hot water to fill the jetted tubs then the water leaks out before you can finish your bath. The hot tub was not usable it had all kind of debris in it. The arms of the couch was past dirty just nasty!!! We recently stayed in the Sheer Elegance cabin a couple weeks ago!! The cabin was breath taking, absolutely beautiful!! The only issue I had was with the house keeping, several burnt light bulbs, dirty windows, and cob webs. Otherwise it was great!!
