Cabin was filthy, silverware had food on it, beer bottle caps in bottom of hot tub, and worst of there was blood on the sheets!! Called office and the manager was supposed to call us back but never did even after we called back several times, we ended up leaving as we weren’t about to sleep on those sheets. We left several messages and not one call was returned. Beware renting from Aardvark!!!!

I booked a cabin and now no one will return my calls. Paid a deposit and cannot get the company to call or email me back.
Sheer Elegance- Beautiful cabin.., but need new cleaning crew. Our gas ran out Thanksgiving and would not receive any until the following Monday. 🤦♀️. The down stairs shower had not been cleaned and tub was awful. I bought Clorox and cleaned the tub myself. Never used the shower. Still waiting on my refund I was promised. You couldn’t was dishes without getting soaked. The lines were full of air and the toilets bubbled all day. Had to clean the toilet seat each time because of water everywhere.
Stayed at Mountain Bliss. It’s a beautiful cabin but needs work. First, getting to it is crazy. You turn off main 2 lane road onto a nice asphalt road but... you go about 2 miles in a road that is crazy windy with sheer drop offs and only wide enough for one car. Trash like mattresses and tires thrown all over the area. Then u get on a gravel road for about 2 miles. Potholes galore and steep hills. My Jeep gave me whip lash getting to cabin. Scott the manager has the worst customer service ever. Do NOT rent cabins from this company.
The employees are friendly and they have some good cleaners.
Stayed with aardvark several times in multiple cabins and never had an issue. Cabins are always clean and in good working order. Theta are reasonably priced as well
