We stayed at Morning Desire. Beautiful cabin with outstanding views! The cabin itself could use a good cleaning. Upstairs tub drain full of hair and tub drained very slow. We could only get 2 tv's to work at first. I notified ardvark - however I had to keep calling them instead of them calling me. I was told that direct tv had been notified . Upon calling Direct tv ourself- they said no order had been called in, however they assisted us and we were able to get service in the main den area. Also no one showed up to take care ... read more
We stay with Aardvark every year when we go to Tennessee. We've only had great experiences with this company and cannot praise the staff and cabin owners enough. So happy to have discovered this company!
Our cabin, Morning Sunrise, was beautiful! There were a few things that seem to be neglected like the wallpaper in the master bath that was coming off the walls and the game room had 2 broken arcade style games. We have 4 children so we were certainly counting on the game room to keep them busy. The biggest complaint: there was no quiet spot in the house. The walls and floors were paper thin. We had a very good experience. We rented Cherokee Sunset, amazing views, wonderful cabin! We got married in Gatlinburg and we are coming back in September for a week!
My mom, sister, daughter and I just returned home from a stay in Skys the Limit. It was fantastic!! Beautiful views. The cabin was great. Very comfortable, and easy to get too. We loved the movie theater room! More beautiful than the pictures. Our thanks to Aardvark and to Gail for being so helpful!!
