DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS! We rented “Majestic Memories” and it was by far the worst rental we have ever had. The place was not cleaned at all! There was mice droppings everywhere, dead bugs all in the window sills, previous renters garments left in dryer, jacuzzi was unusable , bbq was rotten and had no bottom, upstairs bathroom shower leaked through the kitchen ceiling which they said they were aware of HUH??? I am in the cabin sheer elegance as I type this. By all means if you can avoid this company do so at every cost. I cannot even begin to explain the amount of problems and this is only day 2 of my week long honeymoon trip. Special memories and time I can never get back!
The heat never got above 65 degrees, the toilet leaked in the floor, the floors were nasty, dishes were put away dirty!! Bed linens were not clean, mattress smelled musky and old, water never heated up for more than 5 minutes could not take showers. And if that wasn't enough mice were everywhere!! Stayed in Heavens View the week of July 4TH 2017!! (One night only) Had to find another cabin!!! IT WAS THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED!!!! This company is a complete scam!!! They know they are renting poor quality cabins and they don't care!!!! WARNING!! DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM!!! DUCT TAPE ON THE WALLS!!! DUCT TAPE ON THE KITCHEN CABINETS TO KEEP THEN CLOSED!!! DUCT TAPE ON THE POOL TABLE!!! FILTHY DIRTY!!!
Do not rent the cabin heavens view from them it was a nightmare thought that we was in a haunted house.furinture was all ripped up the toilets didnt work and no water and the hot tub didnt work.The canbin looked like it had no been cleaned in years.it ruined our vacation and would not give us any money back.that place sucked.
I'm not going to say that the cabin was perfect, nor say it was terrible, but our stay could have been better. We have stayed in the Away At Last cabin twice in the span of 6 years and have beautiful memories from both. I would really love to come back, but the cabin really needs repairs! The first time staying in the cabin we had issues with the hot tub not heating.. called and was promised someone would come fix it. No one showed up. And again on our second visit, same thing!
