I only get my hair done at the 5030 N. Tryon location ONLY. The ladies there first of all are nice, I have never received bad service. I bring my own hair each time and I am given the braiders undivided attention. Every other month I am there getting my hair done and each time my hair looks great. Now the bathroom never has tissue and the towels do need to be washed, but that isn't the braiders fault. Please make sure when getting a service, that you tip the braider!! My hair came out really nice I love it but it was to loud in there
They did quote me one price and when I got there changed the whole deal. But overall the service was great and I love my hair also I will revisit again..
I love my hair but the only reason I am rating a 4 is because the price I got on the phone was not what I paid in person!
They need to go out of business they Rudd and disrespectful
I will NEVER EVER EVER come to this sweatshop again. My head looked like I was the lion lings wife. Then I couldn't get them to fix it the way I wanted. Customer satisfaction ia not one if their strong points. Please make sure you TELL them what you want how you want it and a break down of how much to spend. Oh one more thing roaches have couches if it weren't for tge fact she was in my head I would have left. Yes I said it ROACHES to bad I can't post the pic of the one I smashed.
